  • Sportsman’s roster (2D/2N/5 Off → 3D/2N/4 Off), 12-hour shifts
  • $35.43/hour + penalties

are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated experienced Fixed Plant Operator for a mineral processing site. Great roster with penalties, ASAP start.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Fixed Plant Operator to join a Mineral Separation Plant (dry processing/separation hub) at Chandala. The role focuses on safely operating and monitoring fixed plant equipment to maintain production targets while ensuring high safety and housekeeping standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor mineral processing equipment including conveyors, pumps, screens, and separation circuits
  • Conduct routine plant inspections and fault finding
  • Collect and prepare samples for quality control processes
  • Identify, report, and assist in resolving equipment issues
  • Support plant isolations and maintenance activities
  • Maintain high housekeeping and safety standards
  • Work collaboratively to ensure efficient plant performance

Role Requirements

  • Previous fixed plant/mineral processing experience (preferred)
  • LF (Forklift Licence) – required
  • Skid steer ticket – advantageous
  • White Card – required
  • Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
